The purpose of this class is to engage youth (Ages 8-13) participants in 45 minutes of physical, mental, individual, partner & team-based challenges by combining the SMARTfit System with functional exercise equipment (plyo boxes, sandbags, hurdles, agility ladders, etc) and other fitness games to improve
