Five Wishes is a nationally recognized advance care planning document that goes beyond a traditional living will. Written in easy-to-understand language, it helps you clearly communicate your personal, medical, emotional, and spiritual wishes.

During this informative seminar, you’ll learn about the five important areas covered:

• Who will make decisions for you if you cannot
• The medical care you would or would not want
• How comfortable do you wish to be
• How you want to be treated
• What you want your loved ones to know

Each attendee will receive a complimentary Five Wishes document and step-by-step guidance on completing this legally recognized form. Questions are encouraged, and assistance will be provided throughout the process.

The West Morris Area YMCA is joining Ys across the country for Campfire Across America, a one-night gathering centered on connection, belonging, and community.

Join us outdoors for an evening of storytelling, songs, and s’mores around a symbolic campfire. Enjoy a s’mores kit station, connect with friends and neighbors, and take time to reflect on what community means to you.

Bring a beach blanket or beach chair and settle in for a relaxed summer evening under the sky. This event is free and open to all, but advanced registration is required. Please register all people attending.
