Mindfulness Course
February is a time to turn inward and nurture emotional well-being through mindfulness and meditation. In this three-week course, participants will explore practical tools to support emotional regulation, manage stress, and cultivate a balanced, healthy emotional state.
Each weekly session builds upon the last, offering guided practices and accessible techniques you can integrate into daily life.
Led by certified yoga instructor and energy healer Karin, this course supports inner harmony and well-being.
Week 1: Vagal Nerve Reset – Learn simple breathing and movement techniques that signal safety to the body, reduce stress, and support emotional balance.
Week 2: Five Senses & Grounding – Use sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste to reconnect with the present moment and interrupt racing or overwhelming thoughts.
Week 3: Body Scan Awareness – Tune into the body from head to toe, noticing tension, sensation, or stillness while learning restorative ways to release and reconnect.
