- AM Care Hours: 7:30-8:45 am (Additional Fee)

STARS CIT Program

STAR CIT Program
S – Service | T – Training | A – Adventure | R – Responsibility
The STAR Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program is designed for teens who are ready to build leadership skills, gain hands-on experience, and learn what it takes to support younger campers. Participants must commit to a minimum of 4 weeks, which includes program training, service hours, and special CIT adventure days. All trips are included as part of the experience.
Our STARs will:
- Learn practical camp leadership and teamwork skills
- Assist counselors and staff in daily activities
- Participate in group challenges and adventure-based learning
- Build responsibility, communication, and confidence
- Gain service experience that can support future job or volunteer opportunities
Eligibility:
Participants must have previous camp experience or other experience in a youth group setting.
This program is the perfect next step for campers who are excited to grow, lead, and make a positive impact this summer!
