TRX Tuff

TRX TUFF is a full-body workout that utilizes your body weight as the resistor.  The angle and positioning of the exercise determine the intensity of the movement.

The key benefit of TRX training is that you are working core and balance along with the targeted muscle group simultaneously.  This fun fitness training class provides strength and toning to each member individually which makes it a great experience for multilevel movements. With energy and focus, we will move from the straps to dumbbells and mats for an awesome full-body workout. Have fun, get results!
