Christine's Challenge
(Formerly HIIT with Christine)-This is a total body workout that challenges endurance, strength and core stability utilizing the Bosu Ball, TRX, high steps, kettle bells, weights and ropes.
Mondays 5:00-5:45 pm

Innovative Training
A full body workout that will incorporate the use of body weight, weights and state of the art equipment. All classes feature HIIT (high intensity interval training), functional and circuit training for optimal results. Class can be accommodated for all fitness levels.
