At the West Morris Area Y, we’re dedicated to helping people grow in skill and confidence for a lifetime of fitness and water safety. We focus on the key elements of aquatics: stroke development, personal safety, sports and games plus personal growth and development.
Aqua Rehab/PT-1 Session
The Randolph YMCA and our Aquatic Rehabilitation Specialists provide aquatic rehabilitation and are dedicated to improving our clients’ quality of life. All of our rehab programs are designed with personalized goals in mind. Our Aquatic Rehabilitation Specialists are able to “bridge the gap” and partner with your doctor and/or therapist to ensure the best care possible. Our goal is to return each client safely and quickly to prior levels of activity through the use of our state of the art equipment, warm water pool, therapeutic modalities and our rehab staff, we can get your clients back to work quickly and on the right path to a healthy lifestyle.

ASAP (Adaptive Swimming Aquatic Program)
Our program is designed to provide an open swim environment with instructors to assist, encourage, and support youth who are neurodivergent and/or disabled. This Aquatic program is held in our Warm Water Pool.
THE GOAL OF THE PROGRAM: Our goal is to provide opportunities for children to have access to the water in an environment that supports their needs and provides an opportunity to learn water safety skills.
Safety & Participant Requirements:
- Max 10 individuals (Adult 1:1 Ratio not included in the max)
- Ages 3-17 years old
- All participants must have a parent/guardian (18+) in the pool within arm’s reach, at all times.
- If the individual is not potty trained, they must wear a swim diaper
- All participants must wear a bathing suit

Masters Swim
Want to improve your swimming skills, train for competitions, and be a part of a team?
Join our Master Swim Program which is for adults 18 and over, who have the desire to improve their health, compete, or simply enjoy a low impact workout with some friends. Under guidance of our Coaches, swimmers will focus on training and stroke refinement. Practices will consist of a warm up, main set, and cool down.
All members of must be registered with US Masters Swimming (USMS).

An evaluation is required for new swimmers prior to registering.
When you sign up you are committing to monthly payments which will continue until you give the Associate Director of Aquatics- Programs Samantha 15 days written notice via email at [email protected] prior to the 1st of the month.
No refunds will be issued for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to: classes missed due to vacations, religious holidays, other activities, illness/injury, parties, sporting events, health reasons, COVID etc.
