For Swimmers Ages 6-13 who have been assigned by the Director of Competitive Swimming.

  This program is for swimmers who have knowledge of all four strokes are interested in improving their swimming skills.  Swimmers must be comfortable in our main pool and swimming 50-100m without stopping based on age.  Also, for swimmers who wish to advance but are not ready for Swim Team and meet/competition commitment.  We will focus on all skills needed for joining a swim team while having fun.

Meets will be optional for participants.

Practice Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Fridays 4:15-5:00 pm.

The Intro to Dryland program is an exclusive training program for members of the WMY Sr. Prep Swim Team in order to (1) teach them the basic fundamentals of athletic performance training, (2) improve their strength and conditioning, and (3) prepare them for the rigors & expectations of the Dryland program when they are moved to Senior 2 and Senior 1.
